WHAT IS AN ELECTROSTIMULATION (EMS) SUIT?

The i-motion EMS electrostimulation suit is a state-of-the-art fitness garment equipped with 22 integrated electrodes that send electrical impulses directly to the muscles, mimicking the natural process of muscle contraction. The impulses of the i-motion EMS electrostimulation suit trigger muscle stimulation in: Chest, shoulders, back, lumbar, abdominals, arms and legs.
This specific stimulation intensifies workouts, resulting in greater muscle engagement, improved strength and endurance.
The i-motion EMS electrostimulation suits are manufactured in Spain in high-quality neoprene and with a patented system of closures and straps. This system allows the suit to adapt to any morphology for a correct use and greater comfort when performing electrofitness training.
